I have worked in the care sector for over 15 years, and I have worked with all different types of people needing care ranging from dementia, Alzheimer's, learning and physical difficulties to end of life care. I take pride in looking after my clients while allowing them to maintain their independence whilst getting to know their likes and dislikes to better assist and engage with them.
All my training is up to date and i am always willing to learn different ways of care to support my client. I am a good cook and can prepare different cultural dishes as required by my clients. I am also willing to involve myself in whatever activities my clients enjoy.
I am flexible and willing to work up to 3 months in a client's home without having a break. I have worked with a family from 2016 taking care of the mother, who had cancer, until she passed, then started to care for her daughter who was also diagnosed with cancer and passed in August 2022.
I am now with a couple who both have dementia on a temporary basis. I am looking forward to working with your clients.
